What is the Welcome Pantry?
United Way of Freeborn County is preparing to open a brand new food shelf serving Freeborn County called the "Welcome Pantry". In advance of its new space, UWFC is hosting a mobile distribution for indoor shopping at the Armory.
Who can attend?
As a TEFAP food pantry the only requirements are that you are located in Minnesota and your income is less than 300% of the federal poverty guidelines. We do not require proof of residence or income.
Please bring your own shopping bags or containers for your food.
Foods available will include fresh produce, dairy and protein. Shoppers are invited to choose what they would like to take.
